It`s a boy! Yes, the birthplace of Cabbage Patch Kids is Cleveland, Georgia. One of the designers converted an old clinic into a place to sell the dolls. The facility had a birthing room, nursery, and adoption center for specifically- named 'Little People'.
Of course, like any real hospital or nursery, there had to be girls and boys! People who worked there dressed and acted like doctors and nurses, caring for real children. The original fad has faded, but the facility is still open for visitors.
Whatever boy Cabbage Patch doll you prefer, browse eBay for new and vintage 'Kids'. There are African American, Caucasian, Asian, and Hispanic little boys. You'll find bald baby boys or boys with brown, black, red, or blond hair. There are even twin boy Cabbage Patch dolls. And don't forget to check out the accessories!
